Simple Salmon Spread for Baby and Family
Ingredients
- 213g tin salmon in oil
- 200g ricotta cheese
- 2 tbsp natural yogurt
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Black pepper
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a bowl and stir well to combine, or use a hand blender.
Tips
This spread is ideal for sandwiches and dips, and can be spoon-fed to babies with soft vegetable sticks for self-feeding. It's suitable for baby-led weaning and family meals.
