Steamed Grated Cassava Dessert

Ingredients

  • 500 g grated cassava
  • 200 g finely shaved palm sugar
  • 1/4 grated half-mature coconut
  • Banana leaves for wrapping

Preparation

  1. Mix the cassava, palm sugar, and coconut until well combined.

  2. Taste and add granulated sugar if needed for sweetness.

  3. Take a banana leaf, place 1 tablespoon of the mixture, shape it lengthwise, and wrap it.

  4. Steam for approximately 20 minutes or until done.
