Stuffed Tofu with Chili Sauce
Ingredients
Chili sauce
- 5 red chilies
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 cm ginger
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Tofu and vegetables
- 3 pieces of tofu, fried until cooked
- 5 green salad leaves, chopped
- 1/2 small red radish, shredded
- 1/2 small cucumber, shredded
Preparation
Blend all chili sauce ingredients until smooth.
Boil the chili sauce mixture for a moment over heat.
Remove the chili sauce and set it aside.
Fry the tofu until cooked.
Cut 2 pieces of the fried tofu into triangles.
Cut open the inside of the tofu to create a pocket for stuffing.
Mix all the vegetables together and stuff them into the tofu pockets.
Serve the stuffed tofu with the chili sauce.
