Stuffed Tofu with Chili Sauce

Ingredients

Chili sauce

  • 5 red chilies
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 cm ginger
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Tofu and vegetables

  • 3 pieces of tofu, fried until cooked
  • 5 green salad leaves, chopped
  • 1/2 small red radish, shredded
  • 1/2 small cucumber, shredded

Preparation

  1. Blend all chili sauce ingredients until smooth.

  2. Boil the chili sauce mixture for a moment over heat.

  3. Remove the chili sauce and set it aside.

  4. Fry the tofu until cooked.

  5. Cut 2 pieces of the fried tofu into triangles.

  6. Cut open the inside of the tofu to create a pocket for stuffing.

  7. Mix all the vegetables together and stuff them into the tofu pockets.

  8. Serve the stuffed tofu with the chili sauce.
