Easy Protein Oats Breakfast Variations

Ingredients

Easy vegan vanilla proats

  • 1/3 cup quick or rolled oats, GF if needed!
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 scoops vanilla plant protein
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2 cup fruit of choice

Easy dark chocolate protein oats

  • 1/3 cup quick or rolled oats, GF if needed!
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 scoops chocolate plant protein
  • 1 Tablespoon raw cacao or unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2 cup fruit of choice

Easy peanut butter proats

  • 1/3 cup quick or rolled oats, GF if needed!
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 scoop vanilla plant protein
  • 2 Tablespoons powdered peanut butter
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2 cup fruit of choice

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

  2. Let sit for 5-10 minutes to thicken or heat in microwave for 1-2 minutes until desired temperature.
