Easy Protein Oats Breakfast Variations
Ingredients
Easy vegan vanilla proats
- 1/3 cup quick or rolled oats, GF if needed!
- 2 Tbsp chia seeds
- 2 scoops vanilla plant protein
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1/2 cup fruit of choice
Easy dark chocolate protein oats
- 1/3 cup quick or rolled oats, GF if needed!
- 2 Tbsp chia seeds
- 2 scoops chocolate plant protein
- 1 Tablespoon raw cacao or unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1/2 cup fruit of choice
Easy peanut butter proats
- 1/3 cup quick or rolled oats, GF if needed!
- 2 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 scoop vanilla plant protein
- 2 Tablespoons powdered peanut butter
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1/2 cup fruit of choice
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Let sit for 5-10 minutes to thicken or heat in microwave for 1-2 minutes until desired temperature.
