Eggs with Boiled Potatoes and Cheese

Ingredients

  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 2 eggs
  • Kashar cheese
  • Black pepper
  • Paprika
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Parsley

Preparation

  1. Boil the potatoes until tender and cut into cubes.

  2. Heat the cubed potatoes in a skillet over medium heat.

  3. Break the eggs over the potatoes.

  4. Sprinkle with grated kashar cheese, black pepper, paprika, and red pepper flakes.

  5. Cook until the eggs are set to your preference.

  6. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

  1. Boiling potatoes beforehand and adding eggs on top with cheese makes the dish more flavorful.
