Healthy Chocolate Orange Oat Balls Snack
Ingredients
- 14 large medjool dates, pitted
- 100g unsalted cashew butter
- 3 tbsp raw unsweetened cacao
- 2 tbsp cashew butter
- juice and zest of 1 orange
- 1 cup jumbo oats
- three drops @youngliving orange oil (optional)
Preparation
Put all ingredients apart from the oats in a food processor and pulse until it comes together (it will be quite sticky)
Toast the oats in a dry pan for a few minutes, shaking the pan to avoid burning
Put the mixture in a bowl and add the oats
Using your hands, combine everything well
Refrigerate for 20 minutes to firm up
Roll into balls and enjoy
