Healthy Homemade Chicken Nuggets
Ingredients
- Mixture of chicken breasts and thighs
- Two onions
- Three cloves of garlic
- A few pieces of soaked toast
- Pizza cheese
- Two tablespoons of mustard sauce
- Two tablespoons of ketchup sauce
- One egg
- Breadcrumbs as needed
- A little milk for soaking toast
Spices
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Red pepper
- Paprika
Preparation
Mix all ingredients except breadcrumbs and milk to form a chicken mixture.
Soak the toast in a little milk until soft, then add to the mixture if not already done.
Shape the mixture into nugget-sized pieces.
Coat the nuggets in breadcrumbs.
Fry or bake until golden brown and cooked through.
Tips
You can add a little cheese inside the nuggets for extra flavor if desired.
