Healthy Homemade Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients

  • Mixture of chicken breasts and thighs
  • Two onions
  • Three cloves of garlic
  • A few pieces of soaked toast
  • Pizza cheese
  • Two tablespoons of mustard sauce
  • Two tablespoons of ketchup sauce
  • One egg
  • Breadcrumbs as needed
  • A little milk for soaking toast

Spices

  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Red pepper
  • Paprika

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients except breadcrumbs and milk to form a chicken mixture.

  2. Soak the toast in a little milk until soft, then add to the mixture if not already done.

  3. Shape the mixture into nugget-sized pieces.

  4. Coat the nuggets in breadcrumbs.

  5. Fry or bake until golden brown and cooked through.

Tips

  1. You can add a little cheese inside the nuggets for extra flavor if desired.
