Spicy Fried Chicken with Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken
- Turmeric
- Corn flour
Sauce
- 1 bulb garlic
- 7 sprigs curry leaves
- 2 spoons blended chili
- Salt
- Honey or sugar
Preparation
Marinate the chicken with turmeric.
Coat with corn flour and fry until crispy.
Sauté garlic and curry leaves in the leftover oil from frying the chicken.
Add blended chili.
When the chili is cooked, add salt and sugar to taste.
Add a little water.
When the sauce thickens, add the fried chicken and stir quickly to coat.
Tips
You can fry the curry leaves separately and sprinkle on top for better taste.
