Buttermilk Fried Chicken with Sauce
Ingredients
- Chicken breast
- Butter
- Minced garlic
- Curry leaves

Preparation
Cut the chicken breast into cubes as desired.
Mix the chicken with flour.
Fry the chicken until cooked and toss it.
In a pan, add butter and when it melts, add minced garlic, curry leaves, and minced bird's eye chili, then sauté until fragrant.
Add liquid milk and adjust the amount based on desired consistency, using more for a saucier dish and less for a drier one without adding water.
Add the fried chicken and a little seasoning, keeping in mind that the chicken is already salty, then serve.
