Blueberry Butter Cheese Cake
Ingredients
- 250g butter (any brand)
- 250g cheese (such as Tatura)
- 1 1/4 cups caster sugar
- 2 1/4 cups self-raising flour
- 1/3 cup full cream milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- Blueberry filling as needed
Preparation
Preheat oven to 180°C and grease a 9x9 inch pan with shortening.
Beat butter, sugar, and vanilla essence until creamy. Then add eggs one by one and beat until well combined.
Add cheese and beat until smooth, then add full cream milk and beat until incorporated.
Finally, add sifted flour and beat until mixed.
Add 2 or 3 spoonfuls of the mixture into the pan and spread evenly.
Then add blueberry filling using a small spoon in a dot pattern.
Add more mixture and repeat the layering until all is used.
Bake at 150°C for 1 hour or until done.
