Brazilian Fluffy Condensed Milk Bread

Ingredients

  • 500g wheat flour
  • 1/2 box condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 package dry yeast
  • 50ml oil

Glaze

  • 1/2 box condensed milk
  • 1/2 bottle coconut milk

Preparation

  1. Combine flour, yeast, and salt in a bowl

  2. Mix condensed milk, milk, eggs, and oil in another bowl

  3. Gradually add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until dough forms

  4. Knead dough on floured surface for 10 minutes until smooth

  5. Place dough in greased bowl, cover, and let rise until doubled

  6. Punch down dough and shape into loaf

  7. Place loaf in greased pan, cover, and let rise until almost doubled

  8. Preheat oven to 180Β°C (350Β°F)

  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown

  10. Mix condensed milk and coconut milk for glaze

  11. Brush glaze over warm bread
