Delicious Cypriot Style Meatballs
Ingredients
- 3 small potatoes
- 300 grams ground meat
- 1 small onion
- 1 egg
- Quarter of soaked and squeezed stale bread
- 1 teaspoon mint
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- A pinch of cinnamon
- Cumin
- Salt
- Parsley (optional)
Preparation
Grate the potatoes using the fine side of a grater.
Squeeze out the water thoroughly and place in a suitable bowl.
Add the remaining ingredients and knead well.
Cover and let rest in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
Shape into finger-length pieces.
Fry in oil.
