Fluffy Homemade Breakfast Bread Rolls

Ingredients

  • 2.5 cups warm water
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 kg all-purpose flour
  • 50 g active dry yeast

Preparation

  1. Mix the baker's yeast into the warm water

  2. Blend the sugar, oil, salt, egg, and yeast water in a blender for a few minutes

  3. Transfer the mixture to a large bowl and gradually add the flour, mixing with your hands until the dough no longer sticks to your hands

  4. Let the dough rise for 1 hour

  5. Divide the dough into portions and shape into rolls

  6. Let the rolls rise for another 40 minutes

  7. Preheat the oven to 190Β°C (375Β°F) and bake for about 30 minutes
