Fluffy Homemade Breakfast Bread Rolls
Ingredients
- 2.5 cups warm water
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 egg
- 1 cup oil
- 1 kg all-purpose flour
- 50 g active dry yeast
Preparation
Mix the baker's yeast into the warm water
Blend the sugar, oil, salt, egg, and yeast water in a blender for a few minutes
Transfer the mixture to a large bowl and gradually add the flour, mixing with your hands until the dough no longer sticks to your hands
Let the dough rise for 1 hour
Divide the dough into portions and shape into rolls
Let the rolls rise for another 40 minutes
Preheat the oven to 190Β°C (375Β°F) and bake for about 30 minutes
