Fried Cheese-Stuffed Potato Balls
Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes
- 3 tablespoons starch
- A few slices of kasar cheese
- About 2 teaspoons salt
- Oil for frying
Preparation
Peel the potatoes, slice them, wash, place in a pot with water, add salt, and boil until cooked. Then drain and let cool.
Add starch to the cooled potatoes and knead. Take small pieces, hollow out the center, add small pieces of kasar cheese, close, and shape into flat balls, ensuring the cheese is not visible.
Heat oil in a suitable pan. Fry the potato balls in hot oil until golden, turning to cook both sides. Serve on a plate and consume while still warm.
