Green Bean and Meat Stew
Ingredients
- Green beans
- Potatoes
- Red bell pepper
- Green pepper
- Diced meat
- 3-4 garlic cloves
- Vegetable oil
- Salt
- Onion
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
Preparation
Add vegetable oil to a pressure cooker and sauté the onion and meat.
Add a little water, close the lid, and cook for about 30 minutes until the meat is tender.
Open the cooker, add green beans, peppers, tomato paste, a little water, salt, and spices, then close the lid and cook for another 30 minutes.
Open again, add potatoes, and cook for an additional 5 minutes with the lid closed.
Serve and enjoy.
