Green Bean and Meat Stew

Ingredients

  • Green beans
  • Potatoes
  • Red bell pepper
  • Green pepper
  • Diced meat
  • 3-4 garlic cloves
  • Vegetable oil
  • Salt
  • Onion
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste

Preparation

  1. Add vegetable oil to a pressure cooker and sauté the onion and meat.

  2. Add a little water, close the lid, and cook for about 30 minutes until the meat is tender.

  3. Open the cooker, add green beans, peppers, tomato paste, a little water, salt, and spices, then close the lid and cook for another 30 minutes.

  4. Open again, add potatoes, and cook for an additional 5 minutes with the lid closed.

  5. Serve and enjoy.
