Homemade Crispy Tater Tots
Ingredients
- 500 grams peeled potatoes
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour or seasoned flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon mushroom stock
- 1 teaspoon ground pepper
Preparation
Boil the potatoes for 7 minutes, then drain
Grate the potatoes using a food processor with a fine grating attachment
Add the flour, salt, mushroom stock, and pepper to the grated potatoes, mix well, and shape into cylinders
Fry in plenty of oil until golden brown, drain, and serve with your favorite sauce
