Vegetarian Meatballs with Mash and Gravy

Ingredients

  • omni pork mince
  • golden breadcrumbs
  • garlic powder
  • BBQ bacon seasoning

Mashed potatoes

  • packet mash
  • boiling water
  • onion salt
  • chives
  • Tesco butterpak spreadable

Gravy

  • Bisto hot and spicy American style gravy

Vegetables

  • tender stem broccoli

Preparation

  1. Roll the meatball mixture into balls of desired size.

  2. Cook the meatballs in an air fryer, or fry or bake them until done.

  3. Prepare the mashed potatoes according to packet instructions, adding boiling water, onion salt, chives, and butter spread.

  4. Make the gravy following package directions.

  5. Cook the tender stem broccoli by steaming or boiling until tender.

  6. Serve the meatballs with mashed potatoes, gravy, and broccoli.
