Very Refreshing and Super Tasty

Ingredients

  • Vanilla Oats
  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup unsweetened soy milk
  • 1/2 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 medjool date, mashed

Preparation

  1. In a saucepan add all ingredients and stir to combine

  2. Allow oats to cook and thicken while stirring for about 5 minutes

  3. Remove from heat and cook

  4. Top or fold in optional vanilla vegan yogurt and serve with some extra fruit
