Very Refreshing and Super Tasty
Ingredients
- Vanilla Oats
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup unsweetened soy milk
- 1/2 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- Pinch of salt
- 1 medjool date, mashed
Preparation
In a saucepan add all ingredients and stir to combine
Allow oats to cook and thicken while stirring for about 5 minutes
Remove from heat and cook
Top or fold in optional vanilla vegan yogurt and serve with some extra fruit
