  • 10g baking powder (1 packet)
  • 2 eggs
  • 50g ground hazelnuts (2 heaping tablespoons, optional for flavor)
  • 5g vanilla (1 packet)

Optional add-ins

  • Cinnamon, ginger, lemon zest, orange zest, or other flavors to taste
  • Grapes for raisin cookies
  • Chocolate chips or pieces for chocolate cookies
  • Cocoa powder (reduce flour amount accordingly for chocolate variation)

Preparation

  1. Ensure the fat is at room temperature.

  2. Mix all the ingredients together to form a soft yet firm dough.

  3. Shape the dough into desired forms.

  4. Preheat the oven to 160°C.

  5. Bake the shaped dough for exactly 14 minutes; the cookies should not brown.

  6. Allow the cookies to cool completely before handling or serving.
