Buttery Cornstarch Cookies
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups cornstarch
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1.5 cups margarine
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 2 eggs
Preparation
Beat the margarine with the sugar well
Add the eggs and beat until creamy
Add the cornstarch, flour, and baking powder
Form into balls
Place on a baking sheet and flatten with a fork
Bake in a medium oven for 15 minutes
