Chocolate Swirl Poundcake
Ingredients
- 115 ml greek yogurt
- 1 flour of choice (I mixed1/2 almond and 1/2 rice)
- 1/4 cup veggie milk
- 2 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1 egg
- tsp vanilla essence
- tsp baking powder
- 4 melted chocolate squares
Preparation
Blend all ingredient together
Melt the chocolate at the very end, once the batter is already transferred into a mold
Pour the melted chocolate in a line over the batter
Make sure the chocolate does not mix completely with the batter otherwise you won’t be able to draw anything
Use a toothpick or the tip of a knife to swrirl the chocolate around
Done! Now bake it at 180 for 30’
