Chocolate Swirl Poundcake

Ingredients

  • 115 ml greek yogurt
  • 1 flour of choice (I mixed1/2 almond and 1/2 rice)
  • 1/4 cup veggie milk
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1 egg
  • tsp vanilla essence
  • tsp baking powder
  • 4 melted chocolate squares

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredient together

  2. Melt the chocolate at the very end, once the batter is already transferred into a mold

  3. Pour the melted chocolate in a line over the batter

  4. Make sure the chocolate does not mix completely with the batter otherwise you won’t be able to draw anything

  5. Use a toothpick or the tip of a knife to swrirl the chocolate around

  6. Done! Now bake it at 180 for 30’
