Quick and Easy Banana Oat Breakfast Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 banana
  • 2-3 tbsp nut or seed butter

Preparation

  1. Bake them for 15 minutes at 180°C or 350°F.

  2. Yields about 8 cookies.

  3. Optionally drizzle with dark chocolate for extra flavor.
