Quick and Easy Banana Oat Breakfast Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 banana
- 2-3 tbsp nut or seed butter
Preparation
Bake them for 15 minutes at 180°C or 350°F.
Yields about 8 cookies.
Optionally drizzle with dark chocolate for extra flavor.
The banana makes them sweet, the nut or seed butter binds it all together, and the oats make them breakfast worthy.
