Raw Dark Chocolate Bounty Slice

Ingredients

  • 1 cup desiccated coconut
  • 2 tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 100g dark vegan chocolate

Preparation

  1. Thoroughly mix all ingredients except the chocolate in a bowl with the back of a spoon, pressing down into the mixture until well combined.

  2. Line a container with baking paper and firmly press the mixture into the base making an even layer.

  3. Melt dark chocolate in saucepan and pour over the base, before transferring to the freezer to set.

  4. Once set, cut into 10 pieces. Store in fridge.
