Simple 3-Ingredient Brazilian Cornstarch Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 can condensed milk
- 200 g butter, at room temperature
- 500 g corn starch
Preparation
Place condensed milk and butter in a bowl
Add corn starch gradually
Stir first with a fork and when it starts to thicken, mix with hands
When the dough is no longer sticking to the hands, it is ready to shape
Shape into balls, sticks, or as desired
Place on a baking sheet greased with oil or butter
Bake in a medium oven for about 10 minutes or until the bottom starts to brown
