Crispy Fried Potato Balls
Ingredients
- 600 grams potatoes
- 4 tablespoons cornstarch
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil
Preparation
Wash the potatoes, cover with water, and boil for 40 to 60 minutes until cooked. Then peel and mash them well.
Add cornstarch, salt, and black pepper, and mix thoroughly.
Form small balls and fry in hot oil until crispy.
