- 1 green onion, sliced
- 1 packet (75g) bakwan flour mix (Kobe brand)
- 2 tablespoons tapioca flour
- 100 ml cold water
Preparation
Heat cooking oil in a pan
Prepare a bowl, mix all ingredients together until well combined
