Crispy Outside Soft Inside Donuts

Ingredients

  • 1 packet instant yeast
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 tablespoons condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 1 egg

Coating

  • Powdered sugar or icing sugar

Preparation

  1. Melt the margarine, and when it cools, add the egg and beat slightly, then set aside.

  2. Combine sugar and condensed milk in warm water, stir until dissolved, add yeast, stir again, and let sit for 10 minutes.

  3. After 10 minutes, when the yeast foams, add the margarine-egg mixture and stir.

  4. Add all ingredients to the flour and knead until dough forms.

  5. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.

  6. After resting, knead and punch the dough to remove air, then shape into round balls and arrange on a tray with space, sprinkling flour lightly.

  7. Once shaped, let rise for 10 to 15 minutes, then fry.

  8. Fry over medium heat.

  9. After frying, coat with powdered sugar or icing sugar.

Notes

  1. You can add more sugar to the dough if you prefer it sweeter.
