Fried Mackerel with Flour Coating
Ingredients
- 500g mackerel fish
- 1/2 sachet instant fried fish seasoning
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of sugar
- Tip of a teaspoon black pepper
- Flour (for coating)
- Oil (as needed)
Preparation
Clean the mackerel fish.
Sprinkle with 1/2 sachet of instant fried fish seasoning.
Add a pinch of salt, a pinch of sugar, and a tip of a teaspoon of black pepper.
Let marinate for 15 minutes.
Coat the fish with flour, ensuring it is not too thick.
Fry in sufficient oil until golden brown.
Serve with chili sauce.
