Homemade Crispy Onion Rings

Ingredients

  • 3 medium onions
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • As needed all-purpose flour mixed with a bit of chicken bouillon powder
  • As needed breadcrumbs

Preparation

  1. Peel and cut the onions into rings.

  2. Coat each onion ring in the flour mixture.

  3. Dip into the beaten eggs.

  4. Roll in breadcrumbs and repeat until all are coated.

  5. Refrigerate before frying to ensure the coating adheres well.

  6. Fry in plenty of hot oil until golden brown.

  7. Serve with chili sauce or mayonnaise.
