90-Second Rose and Pistachio Muffin

Ingredients

  • 50g plain flour
  • 1 heaped tbsp margarine or soft butter
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 1/3 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp rose water

Decorations

  • powdered icing sugar
  • rose water
  • pistachios

Preparation

  1. Put all ingredients into a ramekin or mug and mix until smooth and creamy, making sure the bottom is thoroughly mixed

  2. Wipe down the edges of the mug so it looks neat and clean

  3. Microwave on high for 90 seconds based on an 800W microwave

  4. Decorate with runny icing made using powdered icing sugar and rose water and chopped pistachios. Eat immediately
