Choco Peanut Butter Gluten-Free Cookies
Ingredients
- 280 g gluten-free flour
- 150 g peanut butter
- 225 g butter (mixed with margarine)
- 180 g sugar (partially palm sugar)
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- Choco chips as needed
- Chopped nuts as needed
Preparation
Mix butter until soft, add peanut butter, mix until combined
Add sugar, mix until combined
Add eggs one at a time, mix until smooth
Add the flour mixture, baking powder, baking soda, chocolate chips, and chopped nuts. Stir with a spatula
Preheat oven to 160 degrees Celsius
Scoop dough with an ice cream scoop or two spoons, shape into balls. Place on baking sheet. Press with a fork until slightly flattened
Bake until done
