Chocolate Overnight Oats with Banana Mango
Ingredients
- 100g oats
- 300ml oatmilk
- 2-3 tbsp cacao
- Some vanilla
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- Optional, 2-3 tbsp stevia
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together.
Let the mixture sit in the fridge for 1-2 hours or overnight.
Tips
Vitamin C in mango can help with iron absorption if added.
