Cinnamon Carrot Cake
Ingredients
- 3 large or 4 small eggs
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1.5 cups granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 5 cloves, ground
- 2 cups grated carrot
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 cup finely chopped walnuts
- 2 cups flour (adjust based on egg size for correct consistency)
Preparation
Whisk sugar and eggs.
Add carrot, vanilla sugar, baking powder, oil, cinnamon, and cloves.
Finally, add flour and walnuts.
Pour into a greased and floured pan and bake at 180°C until golden brown.
Tips
This recipe makes cakes with no raw dough inside, that melt in the mouth, and have a crust like brownie.
