Gluten Free Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 3 overripe bananas, mashed
  • 3 cage free eggs
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar
  • handful of crushed walnuts
  • chocolate chunks for top

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven 350F

  2. Mix all wet ingredients then fold in the dry - lastly add the walnuts

  3. Scrape into greased loaf pan and scatter chocolate chunks down the middle

  4. Bake for 60 minutes
