Healthy Vanilla Oats Chocolate Pancakes with Berries

Ingredients

  • 40g vanilla oats
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • half tbsp sweetener
  • squirt of vanilla drops
  • half tbsp raw cocoa super blend
  • 100ml milk
  • 2 eggs

Preparation

  1. Blitz the vanilla oats.

  2. Mix all ingredients together and let the batter stand for 15-20 minutes; you can use water instead of milk but use less.

  3. Preheat a small frying pan and spray with oil.

  4. Cook the pancakes on medium heat.

  5. Top with defrosted blueberries, raspberries, icing sugar, and desiccated coconut.
