Healthy Vanilla Oats Chocolate Pancakes with Berries
Ingredients
- 40g vanilla oats
- 1 tsp baking powder
- half tbsp sweetener
- squirt of vanilla drops
- half tbsp raw cocoa super blend
- 100ml milk
- 2 eggs
Preparation
Blitz the vanilla oats.
Mix all ingredients together and let the batter stand for 15-20 minutes; you can use water instead of milk but use less.
Preheat a small frying pan and spray with oil.
Cook the pancakes on medium heat.
Top with defrosted blueberries, raspberries, icing sugar, and desiccated coconut.
