Healthy Vegan Green Banana Brigadeiros
Ingredients
- 2 green bananas
- 1 bar 100% cacao
- 1 Tbsp coconut oil
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar or to taste
- Pinch pink sea salt
Preparation
Cook the green bananas with their skin in water until the skin is softened and easy to remove.
Remove the skin and put the bananas into a blender with a bit of the hot water and the rest of the ingredients, then blend until very smooth.
Put the mixture in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
Remove the mixture and make little balls in your hands.
Use a little bit of coconut oil on your hands so it won’t stick.
Roll each brigadeiro in shredded coconut or cacao nibs or anything you would like.
