Marble Cake with Coffee and Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 200g heavy cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 200g sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 100ml oil
  • 250g self-raising flour
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons Cafe Belen dissolved in 1/4 cup hot water

Preparation

  1. First, beat the eggs with the oil, sugar and heavy cream and add the tablespoon of vanilla

  2. Add the flour and mix, then place half of the mixture in a previously oiled mold with a little flour and cocoa

  3. To the remaining mixture, add the coffee and cocoa

  4. Pour the cocoa mixture over the vanilla mixture and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes

  5. Bake for 30 minutes and it is done
