Paleo Waffle with Four Topping Variations

Ingredients

Waffle batter

  • 1/2 cup birchbenders paleo waffle mix
  • 1/2 cup water
  • cinnamon
  • 1 scoop nuzest_usa protein

Toppings

  • egg
  • micro greens
  • traderjoes African smoke seasoning
  • grass fed yogurt
  • raspberries
  • salbachia chia seeds
  • avocado
  • traderjoes everything but the bagel seasoning
  • bananas
  • gr8nola
  • organic peanut butter

Preparation

  1. Mix 1/2 cup paleo waffle mix with 1/2 cup water, cinnamon, and one scoop of protein powder.

  2. Cook the waffle using a waffle iron according to package instructions.

  3. Boil egg for 7 minutes.

  4. Mash raspberries.

  5. Caramelize bananas.

  6. Prepare toppings as desired and assemble: with micro greens and African smoke seasoning, with yogurt and chia seeds, with avocado and everything but the bagel seasoning, or with granola and peanut butter.
