Paleo Waffle with Four Topping Variations
Ingredients
Waffle batter
- 1/2 cup birchbenders paleo waffle mix
- 1/2 cup water
- cinnamon
- 1 scoop nuzest_usa protein
Toppings
- egg
- micro greens
- traderjoes African smoke seasoning
- grass fed yogurt
- raspberries
- salbachia chia seeds
- avocado
- traderjoes everything but the bagel seasoning
- bananas
- gr8nola
- organic peanut butter
Preparation
Mix 1/2 cup paleo waffle mix with 1/2 cup water, cinnamon, and one scoop of protein powder.
Cook the waffle using a waffle iron according to package instructions.
Boil egg for 7 minutes.
Mash raspberries.
Caramelize bananas.
Prepare toppings as desired and assemble: with micro greens and African smoke seasoning, with yogurt and chia seeds, with avocado and everything but the bagel seasoning, or with granola and peanut butter.
