Polish Apple Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 250 ml warm milk
  • 2 tablespoons erythritol
  • 1 egg
  • 20 g fresh yeast
  • 250 g flour
  • Apples (sliced)

Preparation

  1. Thoroughly mix all ingredients and set aside in a warm place to rise, covered with a cloth.

  2. Once the mixture has risen, dip apple slices in the batter and fry on a pan from both sides.

  3. Finally, sprinkle with powder.

  1. Each of 4 portions is approximately 270 calories.

  2. This recipe makes about 12 pieces.
