Polish Apple Pancakes
Ingredients
- 250 ml warm milk
- 2 tablespoons erythritol
- 1 egg
- 20 g fresh yeast
- 250 g flour
- Apples (sliced)
Preparation
Thoroughly mix all ingredients and set aside in a warm place to rise, covered with a cloth.
Once the mixture has risen, dip apple slices in the batter and fry on a pan from both sides.
Finally, sprinkle with powder.
Notes
Each of 4 portions is approximately 270 calories.
