Breakfast Pizza with Eggs and Toppings
Ingredients
- Pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- Olive oil
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- Pasta sauce
- Mozzarella cheese
- Salami
- Cherry tomatoes
- Arugula
- Eggs
- Green onions
- Chili flakes
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
Stretch out the pizza dough and rub it with olive oil and minced garlic.
Add your chosen toppings, leaving spaces for eggs; for example, use pasta sauce, mozzarella, salami, cherry tomatoes, and arugula.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Crack eggs onto the pizza and bake for another 10 minutes or longer if you prefer the eggs less runny.
Sprinkle with green onions and chili flakes.
