Vegan Chia Pudding with Granola Topping
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp organic pea protein powder
- 1 tbsp raw cacao powder
- 4 drops monk fruit sweetener
- 1 cup-ish plant milk of choice
Topping
- 2 tbsp homemade granola
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- Cinnamon
- Kiwi
- Blueberries
Preparation
Mix together all ingredients listed under chia pudding and let sit for 10-15 minutes.
Chop up the kiwi.
Add the topping to the chia pudding and enjoy.
