Vegan Chia Pudding with Granola Topping

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp organic pea protein powder
  • 1 tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 4 drops monk fruit sweetener
  • 1 cup-ish plant milk of choice

Topping

  • 2 tbsp homemade granola
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • Cinnamon
  • Kiwi
  • Blueberries

Preparation

  1. Mix together all ingredients listed under chia pudding and let sit for 10-15 minutes.

  2. Chop up the kiwi.

  3. Add the topping to the chia pudding and enjoy.
