Vegan Banana Maple Protein Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 grated zucchini
- 1/4 cup pumpkin purée
- 1/2 scoop vegan banana maple French toast protein powder
- 1 cup water or plant milk
Toppings
- strawberries
- coconut flakes
- hemp hearts
- raw creamy almond butter
Preparation
Combine all base ingredients in a saucepan.
Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until creamy and thickened, about 5-10 minutes.
Transfer to a bowl and add toppings.
