Cheesy Lincolnshire Sausages on Toast

Ingredients

  • Multi-seeded bread
  • 3 pre-cooked Lincolnshire sausages
  • Grated mozzarella
  • No added sugar tomato ketchup
  • Sea salt
  • Chives
  • Chilli flakes

Preparation

  1. Toast the bread on one side.

  2. Flip the bread and top with the sausages and grated mozzarella.

  3. Place back under the grill until the cheese is melty and starts to brown.

  4. Add tomato ketchup, sea salt, chives, and chilli flakes to taste.
