Marinated Wagyu Ribeye Steak
Ingredients
- Wagyu ribeye steak
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon mushroom sauce from Meatarians
- pepper
- salt
- crushed garlic
- BBQ sauce
- vegetables
- french fries
Preparation
Pat the steak dry with tissue without washing it.
Marinate the steak with oyster sauce, sesame oil, mushroom sauce, pepper, salt, and crushed garlic for about 20 minutes.
Grill the steak on a ridged pan for no more than 5 minutes to keep it juicy and medium rare.
Add BBQ sauce, vegetables, and french fries after grilling.
Tips
Use a grill pan with ridges for better texture lines on the steak.
For optimal flavor, use the mushroom sauce for both marinating and dipping.
Avoid overcooking to prevent the steak from becoming tough and dry.
