Warm Cinnamon Almond Milk

Ingredients

  • 250 ml (1 cup) water
  • 3 tbsp almonds
  • 1 date, pit removed
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 0.25 tsp vanilla powder/extract
  • small pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.

  2. Blend for 1.5 to 2 minutes until warm and smooth.

Tips

  1. Blending longer makes the mixture smooth without needing to strain.

  2. Enjoy with muesli, granola, fresh fruits, seeds, or coconut for a cozy breakfast.
