Brazilian Oven Baked Omelette with Ham and Vegetables
Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons whole wheat flour
- 200g ham, diced
- 1/2 package grated cheese (or mozzarella, if preferred)
- 1 can mixed vegetables
- 1 tomato, diced
- Diced olives, to taste
- Cilantro or parsley, to taste
- Salt, oregano, and black pepper to taste
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well; there is no need to beat the eggs first
Pour the mixture into a greased and floured baking dish
Bake in a preheated oven at 180Β°C (350Β°F) for about 30 minutes, or until the omelette is fully set and cooked through

Baking time may vary depending on the oven
