Brazilian Oven Baked Omelette with Ham and Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons whole wheat flour
  • 200g ham, diced
  • 1/2 package grated cheese (or mozzarella, if preferred)
  • 1 can mixed vegetables
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • Diced olives, to taste
  • Cilantro or parsley, to taste
  • Salt, oregano, and black pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well; there is no need to beat the eggs first

  2. Pour the mixture into a greased and floured baking dish

  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 180Β°C (350Β°F) for about 30 minutes, or until the omelette is fully set and cooked through

Tips

  1. Baking time may vary depending on the oven

  2. The author used a 17x25 cm baking dish
