Homemade Pizza with Bolognese Sauce

Ingredients

  • 100g high-protein flour
  • 50g medium-protein flour
  • 70ml ice water
  • 30g butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon instant yeast
  • 1 egg yolk

Toppings

  • Bolognese sauce
  • Onion
  • Sausage
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Tomato sauce

Preparation

  1. Knead all ingredients except salt and butter until half smooth, then add salt and butter and knead until smooth and elastic.

  2. Let the dough rest until it doubles in size, covered with a damp cloth.

  3. After rising, punch down the dough, shape it in a pizza pan, add toppings as desired, and let it rise again until doubled.

  4. Bake the pizza at 180°C for 30 minutes, adjusting according to your oven.
