Soft Meatballs Baked in the Oven
Ingredients
- 500-600g medium-fat ground meat
- 1 teacup bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon pepper paste
- 6-7 sprigs chopped parsley
- 1-2 small chopped green peppers
- 1 small chopped red pepper
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, cumin, thyme, red pepper powder
Preparation
Add all meatball ingredients to a deep mixing bowl, knead thoroughly, and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
On a parchment-lined baking sheet, shape the mixture into meatballs as desired and brush with a little oil using a brush.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200-220°C with top and bottom heat until golden brown.
