Soft Meatballs Baked in the Oven

Ingredients

  • 500-600g medium-fat ground meat
  • 1 teacup bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon pepper paste
  • 6-7 sprigs chopped parsley
  • 1-2 small chopped green peppers
  • 1 small chopped red pepper
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, cumin, thyme, red pepper powder

Preparation

  1. Add all meatball ingredients to a deep mixing bowl, knead thoroughly, and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.

  2. On a parchment-lined baking sheet, shape the mixture into meatballs as desired and brush with a little oil using a brush.

  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 200-220°C with top and bottom heat until golden brown.
