No Sugar Added Dates and Walnut Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1 cup dates
  • some coffee
  • a pinch of salt
  • cooking dark chocolate

Preparation

  1. Take 1/2 cup rolled oats and dry roast them.

  2. Add 1/2 cup walnuts and dry roast them along with the rolled oats.

  3. Set both aside and let them cool down.

  4. In a mixer, churn 1 cup dates and set aside.

  5. In the mixer, combine the walnuts, rolled oats, some coffee, and a pinch of salt, then churn everything together.

  6. Mix everything in a bowl.

  7. Shape the mixture into laddoos.

  8. Melt the cooking dark chocolate.

  9. Dip and cover the laddoos in the melted dark chocolate.

  10. Place a small piece of walnut on top while covering with chocolate, using butter paper on a plate for easy removal.

  11. Refrigerate to set for a few minutes.
