No Sugar Added Dates and Walnut Chocolate
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1 cup dates
- some coffee
- a pinch of salt
- cooking dark chocolate
Preparation
Take 1/2 cup rolled oats and dry roast them.
Add 1/2 cup walnuts and dry roast them along with the rolled oats.
Set both aside and let them cool down.
In a mixer, churn 1 cup dates and set aside.
In the mixer, combine the walnuts, rolled oats, some coffee, and a pinch of salt, then churn everything together.
Mix everything in a bowl.
Shape the mixture into laddoos.
Melt the cooking dark chocolate.
Dip and cover the laddoos in the melted dark chocolate.
Place a small piece of walnut on top while covering with chocolate, using butter paper on a plate for easy removal.
Refrigerate to set for a few minutes.
