Banana Cream Pie Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 scoop protein powder
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon cacao powder
  • 3/4 cup soy milk

Preparation

  1. Mash one banana and add oats, chia seeds, protein powder, cottage cheese, maple syrup, vanilla extract, soy milk, and a pinch of salt; stir to combine.

  2. Place the mixture in the refrigerator to set for at least 2 hours or overnight.

  3. Top with yogurt and sliced banana.

  4. Optionally, dust with cacao powder before serving.
