Banana Cream Pie Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- 1/2 cup oats
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1/4 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 scoop protein powder
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon cacao powder
- 3/4 cup soy milk
Preparation
Mash one banana and add oats, chia seeds, protein powder, cottage cheese, maple syrup, vanilla extract, soy milk, and a pinch of salt; stir to combine.
Place the mixture in the refrigerator to set for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Top with yogurt and sliced banana.
Optionally, dust with cacao powder before serving.
